Poor gut health is the common thread tying all your symptoms together. When women come to me with low energy, low mood and a dysregulated appetite, it’s often because their gut microbiome is out of whack. It’s the central piece of the puzzle.
This is why our 3-week reset focuses on increasing fibre intake and plant diversity as well as prioritising protein. Once we get that in order, it’s incredible how many things start to improve, such as better energy, mood, sleep, concentration, and appetite regulation – everything snowballs in the right direction!

Yes the 3 week reset is designed to help women lose weight in a healthy sustainable way. My approach is holistic resulting in a range of benefits including feeling more energised, better digestive health and overall wellbeing. Each recipe and each day of the reset has been carefully worked out for you in terms of calories & macros to support weight loss (if this is your goal), but can also be adjusted for weight maintenance without any calorie counting or calculations from you. Our goal is for you to focus on nourishing your body, feeling satisfied and enjoying your food (without it taking over your thoughts) and we will do the rest for you in the background
No worries at all! We’ve got you covered – most meals and snacks are gluten free and recipes come with dairy-free and gluten-free substitutions (where appropriate). A couple of vegetarian meals are included, and meat can be substituted for vegetarian protein options. Plus, everything is designed to be flexible, so you can swap meals and snacks to suit your needs and make them family-friendly.
Yes! If you’d like extra support, resources and tools along the way, I suggest joining the Women’s Wellbeing Circle when you sign up for the 3-week reset.
The menus are designed to provide at least 25 grams of fibre per day (the recommended intake which most women are not achieving), over 30 different plants a week for a healthy, happy gut and 100 – 120 g protein per day to keep you fueled, satisfied and maintain (or build) your muscle mass.
Don’t stress about carbs and sugar; we keep them on the lower side (50 – 90 g carbohydrate per day) to avoid glucose spikes and cravings. There’s still room for some of your favourite foods and adding extra carbs for active women/partners and growing children.
With regards to calories we don’t want you counting calories instead we want you to learn what your body needs for a nutritionally balanced meal to support your metabolic health, gut heath, satisfy you and to be enjoyed. HOWEVER, we know that some women find it hard to move away from thinking about calories so FYI the menus provide 1400-1500 kcal per day including 3 meals and 1 snack. See how this feels for you. If you are very active or not wanting to lose weight you may need to add an extra snack or adjust your meals slightly (this will be explained in the app in the ‘Getting Started’ section for the 3 week reset & the ‘Adapting the meal plan & recipes’ resource.
No; you can easily adapt the recipes as required for the rest of the family or household e.g adding extra carbohydrate for the kids or increasing the protein portion for your partner. Rebecca has tested all of the mains with her husband and children and gained their seal of approval!

You do not have to pay to download the app however to access the 3 week reset the cost is a one off fee of $150 and to join the Women’s Wellbeing Circle the cost is $30 per month
For the 3 week reset you will be able to continue to access the meal plans recipes and resources indefinitely (there is no cut off).
In the Women’s Wellbeing Circle you will only be able to access the meal plans, recipes, presentations, resources and Q&A sessions while you have a paid monthly membership. Seasonal meal plans will be replaced every 3 months
No; the Women’s Wellbeing Circle is a monthly membership that you can unsubscribe from at any time. BUT we know you will find the meal plans, recipes, shopping list, support, motivation, resources & Women’s Wellbeing Wisdom sessions worth every dollar! So we encourage you to commit to at least 3 months in the circle to ask questions, learn, experiment with support and cement your habits. Our goal is to set you up with lifelong habits & wellbeing wins
