Achieving your goal(s) is no easy task. Use these tips to help you create healthy habits that will STICK!!
- Be clear on WHAT your goal(s) are, WHY these goal(s) are important to you & HOW changing particular routines or behaviors will help you achieve your goals.
- Aim for consistency not perfection. I recommend an 80:20 approach which is realistic & achievable
- Spend time around people who support you in your healthy habits & goals and/ or people who have similar goals.
- Be prepared… what do you need to do to support your new habit. e.g., making a meal plan for the week, food prep to make the healthy choice the easy choice, scheduling exercise into yo8ur day, drinking from a water bottle to keep track of your hydration.
